A new home development can be difficult for neighbours

Living close to a building site isn’t ideal for anyone, but of course progress has to be made so the work needs to be completed. You can take a few precautions, though, to make sure it doesn’t affect your health or well-being. With a new home development nearby, you need to be aware of any potential issues.
Noise is perhaps the most obvious, so keep doors and windows closed while the drilling is particularly loud. There can also be problems with dust, too, so take care when breathing if it’s blowing towards you. It’s all a case of common sense, really.

Mouse control products will get rid of these pests

Mouse control, whether in the home or at a business premises, is vital. Rodent populations can increase with great speed, so time is always of the essence. They can cause damage to the property as well as to the surrounding environment, so it’s advisable to contact an expert immediately.

There are several commercial poisons available, although care should be taken if you have young children or pets in the vicinity. The old-fashioned mousetrap is still effective, too. Avoid leaving deposits of food exposed, too, to stop attracting them in the first place.
