First time buyer and not prepared to wait!
I’m a first time buyer. Yes, I know that now is not a great time to buy my first house, however life doesn’t stop, and other factors, aside from the state of the housing market, must be taken into account.
For example, my wife is due to give birth to our first child at the end of September, and the house we currently live in just isn’t large enough for two plus one.
Aside from the obvious space issue, bearing in mind that my wife has more clothes than Gok Wan himself, we don’t want to wait for the economy to pick up. We have lives to be getting on with!
